Although this video is apparently from a movie, Russia is still not a great place to live.
Russia may be poor but not every place is like this.
Having lived in Russia, the US and UK - I must say that Russia was the most fun by miles.

I've never seen anything come even close to this in Russia, this video is an exagerration of the poorest parts of the country... that's like posting a video of affected parts of Japan after the waves hit and saying "Japan in a nutshell"
Even the video itself, which was uploaded by the russian substitute for FailBlog.org, was titled "Fallout" as translated from russian.

Well, just being able to do anything you want really. Marijuana is borderline-legal (nobody gives a fuck, at all) The people are REALLY nice, not as dense as any suburbs I lived in the US, so you really get to enjoy pollution-free air. It is really sunny in the summer and hardly rains, and the weather is incredible in the winter (yes it's cold, but if you wear warm clothing - it's just like narnia) Living next to moscow means you could have a great night out aswell..
It's also illegal to masturbate.
