One of my few works that I'm actually completely satisfied with the outcome. My skills in digital art been maturing quite well, I'm still getting better. Thank you, yes, I'm imperfect with digital art. [media]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/67d800tereimilupdate.jpg[/media] Hopefully the DA link actually works in Facepunch. :3: [editline]03:22AM[/editline] Damn it, doesn't work, let me make another link. :argh: [editline]03:25AM[/editline] Ok, DA links to other sites don't work, my mistake.
Thats awsome. I think ive found a new backgound hehe. I don't know much about art but it looks good :D
HOLY FUCK that's really good.
Thats really fucking awesome. Great job. Love the digitalish/cyborg style.
That's freaking sweet! Fantastic Job mate!
First person I've seen use the smudge tool well, good job!
To be honest it's a cool idea but in all truthfulness it doesn't look very nice. There is no depth, or form of any kind, all looks flat. It's all extremely blurry except for the scratchy lines used to define the "borders" of the humanoid. It makes it looked rushed and crappy, if you're going to make them scratchy like that give them a definite purpose and for gods sake remember that the objects aren't flat so drawing lines over them with no mind to their shape makes the whole object look flat. Type inline weights on google to find tutorials on what it is, because you have the exact same line thrown all around, another reason it looks rushed. You obviously have some skill, but to me it obviously looks like a rip off of the aliens in..well... Alien. It is perfectly fine to get inspiration and you have made a great start, just keep working the idea into a more dynamic pose and a more original character, and learn to about form, shading, contrast and line weights. Basically go and get a good learning of the basics and work your way up.

Also, the head shape was suppose to make her bizarre, yes, I know I need to increase my quality, and realism. It was a damn good try.
I hope you do not feel I am attacking your art work, my grammar is not the issue as you can still understand my crit. It's a ok start, but move on for the better.
Work on anatomy and perspective, and how to visualise something in a 3-dimensional space. Shadows also need work.

I do mentally visualize things in 3-dimensional, I'm still trying to find a way to convey it realistically, have patients. I'm a better story teller then an artist and that saying a lot.
