also that final scene! oh boy oh boy I can't wait, Just like 12 hours till it's released
I don't know, the first trailer for this show looked promising, but after watching the whole season I was quite disappointed.
My thoughts on first season: Bad directing from Jupiter Ascending mixed with Heroes-vibes but in a crappy way.
First season was character and world building mostly.
The show runners tend to have the opening do all that and then it starts picking up the pace after the end.
Which from the two trailers we got for season 2 it looks like it really does that. And the first episode for this season, the Christmas Special, spanned like 4+ months. In 2 hours time. It fixed a lot of pacing issues that people may have had in the first season.
Give season 2 a chance though, looks promising!

You're right. Two episodes in and things are developing a lot faster in the new season

that's great to hear! I got unexpectedly busy so I have to wait till tonight to start watching :(
