Mexican Paratrooper fails to jump. Gets towed by the plane

It was a Thai paratrooper back in 2010

That Dood was tangled really close to the body of the plane, they couldn't pull him back in, if they slowed down the plane he would start slamming into the underside of the fuselage, and they couldn't land with the guy hanging from the plane, so they cut him loose. His main chute simply came off and his reserve wasn't pulled, he might have been knocked out from slamming into either the tail or bottom of the plane tho.
