This is just something I cooked up in photoshoop in my free time. I tried to make a better outline and give it a background but I got lazy.

Can't you see that the text doesn't fit at all?

Text doesn't fit, and it is not 'grungy'

Try erasing parts of it with a grunge brush, or maybe setting the blend mode differently.

Make it a much more striking font, that looks like it was written angrily, and use some grunge brushes and a mask to fade the text.
