Shit happens everyday that doesn't show up on the news and people think their country is safe but one situation catches the news reporters attention and people go on about how terror has it their streets

Take a look at any index measuring safety/violent crime, though. You'll find out that Sweden ranks sky high, even between European countries. huh, i live in Norrköping Didn't expect this kind of thing to happen in the central portion of the city, a year ago or so a pistol was fired around the area I live in currently, with casualties, wouldn't had surprised me if this happened here as well. Strange. I wonder what his motives were, if he had any.

I also live in Norrköping. This wasn't the only thing to happen yesterday either; A detonation went off in a area of the town called Klockaretorpet, a car was set on fire in Ektorp (another part of town), a man was arrested in Hageby (where my girlfriend lives) by a NATIONAL team (they were gonna rob a place in town apparantly, they called it off when they found out about the stabbing in the area they were gonna rob). All of this within LESS than 24 hours. That's bad. On the note of the stabbing; it's been said by the mans mother that the man had been trying to get help for both drug addiction and mental issues but never got any proper care for 3 whole years and he finally snapped and did this PURELY to get help. It's terrifying how far people will go to get help when they get ignored or brushed away.

Sweden's not at all as good and safe of a country as it was just like 5 or 10 years ago The amount of people in this country who keeps going "nono, everything's fine, there's nothing to worry about, Sweden's as safe as ever" is actually pretty scary, it's like they're either blind and deaf at the same time or think that problems can be solved by wishing for it
