these guys looked exactly like i expected them to
They're so awkward
"...in this kinda this world where people my age are expected to play Call of Duty, or, itty gritty err-bloody games, it's kinda nice to have something that's a bit more whimsical, a bit more colorful..." Immediately cuts to the other guy's room with a huge Call of Duty: Black Ops poster on his wall among the MLP shit everywhere.
Not sure what to think about these people. One side of me thinks good on them since they are actually happy about their MLP stuff, but the other side is like you are never gonna get yourself a girlfriend like this nor would it be really healthy if you still get a girlfriend but you remain a hardcore bronie even at a more adult age when you have a job and shit. Imagine in a few years when they are to reproduce and you get a bunch of children being raised from childhood as a bronie.

"...And the excite in their eyes when they talk about it puts even the most die-hard fans of The Walking Dead to shame." Have they seen fans of any cult movies or TV shows before? Tons of people are like that. I'm relatively normal. ... Relatively...
-snip-
i don't care if grown men like the show, the thing that gets me is when they go overboard and treat it like a religion or being vegan, where they wear head to toe merchandise and carry around plush ponies. i've only ever seen one brony and the guy had a few pins stuck on his bag but is still can't understand why you'd want to make yourself a target when it's just a show
It's too far when they treat it like the ultimate escape from the grittiness of reality, and make it their lifestyle.
i used to be pretty apathetic to bronies until i started noticing how many of them were pedophiles and rape fetishists and (of course) zoophiles (and a fair few neo-nazi types on top), and being a hugbox of dudes who are pretty fuckin weird to begin with is not good for realizing when it's maybe best to stay away from something like that

It's a good thing to take a break from dark souls, or stalker, or fallout, or [Murder simulator name here] and play something colorful and silly only a billion times less cringeworthy and awkward [editline]11th March 2015[/editline] and also I don't obsess

I used to find my little pony funny back around late 2010 to early 2011 until people started taking it seriously, then I started to avoid it (which was around the time bronies were invented). There was quite a few parodies and other related videos on youtube around the time the original friendship is magic series launched that I enjoyed at the time, looking back at them today I don't find them the slightest bit funny because of how washed out it's become.
I just never understood how people are able to say that with a straight face to be honest, nobody ever seems intent on questioning the ramifications of someone who was a fan of Breaking Bad reproducing.
Actually I'm going to question the ramifications of someone who calls himself "Breaking brobad" and considers the show the center of his personality and a lifestyle.
When I was a brony, I noticed that a lot of other bronies had some sort of learning or social disability. I think that honestly, the bronies in this video seem rather well adjusted and while it's strange that they like MLP to the extent that they do, it has definitely affected them positively.
This is more depressing rather than funny to me to be honest.
These people are delusional. One guy even said Fluttershy was the best for crying out loud.
I regret being a "brony" when it was a thing, and still do. The community is trash and the shit they do is really fucked up I don't know what's worse though, this fanbase of the sonic fanbase.
i like the parentheses as if we dont know what bronies are
why do people need to label themselves as bronies, just watch it and not make it your lifestyle???
why do people need to label themselves as bronies, just watch it and not make it your lifestyle???
Because people are going to label you that either way.

Hahaha OP thinks we need a definition or we won't know who "bronies" are.
I think it's fine if you watch the show (Hell, I watch it), but I think like any obsession, if you make it a part of your life, and act like it's an all encompassing entity that needs to be brought up with your friends and family, just stop.
"local brony"
tbh the few bits of mlp I've seen it seemed pretty garbage. but I don't like adventure time or those huge other clumps of cartoon shows (other than regular show that's my jams) so that might be it idk.
"local brony"
"Sir, we need to get the vet to help the horse" "he's out of town, I know a guy we'll need to call in the local brony"
why do people need to label themselves as bronies, just watch it and not make it your lifestyle???
For a sense of community. That is why there is such a large-scale community. I was a brony before because I felt like I didn't fit in any community being a social outcast. I realized that the brony life wasn't for me.
