Hurrrrrrrrr.. The idea here is to create your own pokemon town/area/world, using REALLY OLD Pokemon things! What is the prize...? A pokemon trophy thing! You know you want that. Yes you do. Its quite simple. Whoever builds the best place, wins! Don't post complaints about this, please. Although, you can feel free to add your own sprites to the pokemon world (Haz to be 8bit, hurr.) Remeber, the bigger, the better!
Anyways, everybody will most likely attempt to draw pokemon stuff for themselfs, so I have supplied you a sprite sheet with every single piece from pokemon silver/gold (And some other random sprites) ( (The top view)

Tipys : Try something different then what most people may do, and if you can't find something... Its there, just look, if you REALLY REALLY can't find it, then you may post it here. But if we rate you boxes it means its on there. (Feel free to make a box fort afterwords) use photoshop and make the back of your copy-paste transparent for easy clipping.

Just a quick note: you can see that there are sprites with terrible white borders around them. I didn't use Photoshop because I'm gay. But I think it looks alright besides that. :dance:
The town is named "Breezeview." And now that I'm looking at it, it would take a long-ass time to walk around in on the Game Boy. But whatever. It could probably use more details in the center of town as well...

Im back, brand new better graphical tileset, PNG HD (Its also incredibly large) Unluckily, no characters. Get that yourself.

It took me about 30 minutes to make my picture. It's not hard at all. I'm just disappointed that I worked hard on that for nothing.
I used to make maps for Pokemon rom hacks. It isn't difficult. I would just prefer to draw, not tile.
I would be working better if the 32X32 tiles were separated with black lines.
