Just a little backstory;
It was often said that any BBC show that went to ITV turned* to shit (ie The Goodies, Morcombe & Wise etc). The characters are based off people from a show called 'On the buses', some comedy series that was on TV during the 70's and 80's.
Thought it was pretty funny.
That was a hilarious piss take.
