The thriller, said to be inspired by the Bourne film series, stars Andrew Cromeek, an American school teacher in Hong Kong who has an uncanny resemblance to Snowden.
Cromeek said he was unfazed by the criticism. “I think the way it was shot was quite cool,” he said. “We are all amateur actors. We all had one take. It was kind of like, shoot, go, OK, done. So it's fine. It's completely OK if people are like, `It's the worst acting in the world.' It's totally fine with me.”
Jeff Floro said he and the other directors, Edwin Lee, Shawn Tse and Marcus Tsui, had only wanted to produce something that was relevant to Hong Kong at that time. Floro himself works in finance by day, and creates movies as a hobby.
"uncanny resemblance" my ass, they took a guy with blonde hair and a 5 o'clock shadow and gave him similar glasses
That soundtrack is a bit over-done, it's not like they're all defusing nukes
holy shit that was bad
I think it's pretty good considering it's just a hobby, quit being so critical guys
That sound track seems like snowden is going to start infiltrating the pentagon to hack port forwarded CPUs and shooting people with a silenced grenade launcher
Horribly positioned microphones and cringeworthy acting in some parts.
Eh its was ok, not really as bad as you guys make it out to be
Doesn't seem like a very interesting setting for a movie, but that's just my opinion. Can't see it being too good on bias, either :v:
I kinda liked it. For a small group with a low budget and amateur acting, it was pretty damn good.

Dear god that acting is awful.
Have these guys heard of this new "tension curve" thing? I heard blowing the inception horn every couple seconds over five minutes kinda makes everything you really want to have impact, lose impact.
Holy shit that music was out of place. The rest wasn't too bad.
