How should I go about exposing someone who I believe to be an online child predator?

Before I continue, I just thought I better say that this person has not threatened or done/said anything harmful to me. I am merely a spectator.
So, on this website, teenspot.com, it's basically like a site for tees to meet other teens and talk to them, etc. A bastardized version of Myspace for the ages of 13-18. Anyway, on the site, I have come across a user who is believe is a child predator disguising himself as a 14 year old girl.
The user's page: http://www.teenspot.com/profiles/TeamJJ/
I initially believed this to be a real person, however it's become fairly evident the page is fake. Why? Let me explain:
1.THE PROFILE PICTURE - Taken from a open photobucket account:
http://s284.photobucket.com/home/V_iskilla
One of the other pictures the user has uploaded of 'themselves' on teenspot is a very small, 'thumbnail'-type image.
Also, none of the other pictures from the photobucket account are on teenspot.
2.THE ONLINE 'FRIENDS'
All the people the possible predator talks to appear to be genuine. He only preys on real people. However, several of these 'friends' appear to have closed their accounts after talking to the predator.
http://www.teenspot.com/profiles/HoldMyHandx3/ (talked to the predator a lot, mysteriously closed her account last night without previous notice)
http://www.teenspot.com/profiles/Music_is_my_life95/ (same as above. went without notice)
http://www.teenspot.com/profiles/bjherr18/ (same)
I may just be exaggerating this, although I think the predator may get to know these people and then send them threatening/abusive messages, forcing them to close their profile, etc.
3.SEXUALITY
The predator has listed his online persona's sexuality as 'bisexual', so he can prey on both boys and girls. I think it's probably a guy, as most of the people he talks to are girls.
I post on the site under the name jollypiratedonuts. I initially believed the predator to be real and left a comment on his profile, however after it became obvious it was a predator, I did not post any more.
Unfortunately I live in the UK (I'm moving to the US later this year though. I hope to work for the FBI after I leave school and college :)) so I don't quite know what to do about this. I'm almost certain this is a predator. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
Fish for more information, and when you have it, speedily fire off an email to some FBI bigwig. You'll be labeled a hero, and you'll get driven to school in a Humvee the next day.
Inform the FBI?
Report them to CEOP as well since they handle all the online paedophilia stuff for the UK and I'm sure they'll have contacts in other countries that can help.

This, find more evidence, try to gather some, then call the feds :3:
Take the information you have and slip it over to the feds.

Welp, lemme make an account or what ever and I'll have a chat with him.
: Attention! You have subsequently breeched the "Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006" Under section 2.AB you have violated the online protection of children. You will be contacted will a court date, if you do not attent the corresponding court date you will be sentenced to a Federal Prison for up to 10 years or more. Your IP adress and Home Adress is now stored on the sex Offender and Child Predator Registry to prevent any further acts of "Pedophilia" occuring from this user on the internet.
If you have any enquiries please contact fbi@fbi.gov

What does his sexuality have do to with anything? That is hardly evidence and so far you have nothing that proves a crime.

That'll just ruin everything, you know.
How about you not ruin somebody's life without having actual evidence? Being tried for this can and will destroy his reputation and probably his career regardless of if he's innocent or not.
Pose as teenage girl, forward all emails to the FBI.

Sounds like a fantasy of yours to be honest. But you should just get really close to him and see if you can get him to do something incriminating.
blackmail
You send them nude pics, then meet up with then.
Ask if he wants to see your penis. If he says yes, he's a predator.

How did you do that? Do you work for the FBI?!
Don't bother with the FBI.
Go to /b/ and give them any and all information on the predator.
They will have a field day with him and it will be the same end result.

I Tineye'd the fake profile's new profile picture. I was right, it's definitely a child predator posing as a teenage girl.

Half the people I know use fake profile pics to avoid being identified, not exactly a criminal search.
Sexualoty has nothing to do with anything.
Just because someone has lots of friends that are girls doesn't mean they are predators, if that was true I'd be in jail.
I thought we agreed that were going to keep this our little secret
