The view bob reminds me of F.E.A.R.
Actually after watching some vids on F.E.A.R. to remind myself, I realized that it was more of the gun/arms moving more than the actual camera. Still was very strange to look at when I first played it way back.

Well to be fair they never had much funding. Even their kickstarter failed. Honestly the game needs a LOT before its finished and it seems they are making buckets since it arrived on steam. Hopefully they use it right.
