Those of you who've been on the airsoft forum might be familiar with who I am and what I do. Well, I'm a nerde Taiwanese kid with spergy autistic hobbies that enjoys building models and things. I started getting into making shit with cardboard in 7th grade. I started out with an MP5 and Kel Tec sub rifle 2000 for a school project. They looked like poo, but I was happy.

Very cool stuff, I make similar things out of wood, but mine are meant to be toys. I am to old to run around the neighborhood with toy guns, so I make them for my nephews.

Those are beautiful. If I could get a bunch of cardboard, I'd spend a summer doing these.

I love this hobby. Been doing it for a year and have a couple for movies etc.
BTW to paint them, duct tape the whole thing first, spray paint the betallic parts silver and then if you need to, black. This makes them shiny.

In a nutshell, yes, that's an oversimplified way that reflex sights work. Real ones are adjustable for windage and elevation (and even brightness as well) but 8th grade me felt that I didn't need to go into that much detail.
