When I'm lifting, I would like to be able to breathe through my nose so I don't constantly bite my tongue. I feel like my nasal passages are constricted. Can anyone help me out?
Polips. Also, you can keep your tongue inside your mouth when lifting. You'll avoid biting it.

I have a larger than average tongue and crooked teeth so it happens anyways.

Well I looked up the nasal polyp thing and it turns out that I've had them for years. I ordered the treatment and thank you so much.

Aren't you supposed to visit a doctor to get a diagnosis? Treatment surgery can be ordered?

This stuff isnt a drug, its just sort of a supplement to reduce swelling.

And doctors arent cheap
I've heard of people needing nose jobs because they find it hard to breathe due to something about their nose.
I don't have insurance or medicaid or anything, so surgery is scary to me.
even if an MD was in here there's no way to diagnose you through a forum brah
