What about the cloud.
I'm actually pretty stoked for this game coming to pc
Awesome! Loved this game while I had my Xbox One.
Well I certainly wasn't going to buy an Xbox One for it, but I'll give it a go on PC (assuming I can run it).
Ruse

It took the fall of cry trek to get the ryse of pc
at least there's more keys to not press for the non-consequence quick-time events this time

I bet whoever's in charge of working out XB1 deals is going to be furious with this.

I really doubt it. I'm sure a lot of the upcoming Xbox exclusives will continue the trend by Dead Rising 3/Fable Anniversary/Ryse/Titanfall, as long as they don't release on a non-Microsoft platform, everything is okay because it's still in their best interest as a company.
Sunset Overdrive will be released or at least announced for PC this time next year. You heard it here first.
Looking forward to Ryse coming on pc
i like games that push my rig to the limit
Sweet.
This game was awful and boring when I played it. I had hopes for it being good from the premise, but the plot was generic, the action was bad, and it was felt like an on-rails shooter in the sense of how linear it was.
[editline]7th August 2014[/editline]
Thank god my friend is the one who bought it and let me borrow it instead of me buying it or I would have shot myself for buying such a boring game.
pretty sure they were always timed exclusives anyway
nothing like selling a game twice
Wow, what's the point of even buying an Xbone now? It seems like most of the exclusives are coming to PC.
I think this kind of thing is for people who weren't planning on buying an Xbox One in the first place. Maybe Microsoft is starting to realize that they aren't going to convert everyone to the Xbox One, so they might as well try and make some money off the PC market as well.
The only reason why I'd even want to try this on PC is to see how good it looks, because those screenshots look pretty great. The gameplay looks like absolute and utter fucking garbage.

Except Halo
Interesting
Game consoles are fixed architectures, like buying a computer and saying you won’t upgrade for five or six or seven years. When I talked to you in 2007 , before Crysis came out, you were a PC-exclusive developer, and you were critical of the limitations of consoles. Yet here we are, six years later, and Ryse is an Xbox One exclusive. What changed?
CY: The consoles are doing a favor to the market. When we started PC development, consoles were behind PCs. I’m talking PlayStation 2 and original Xbox days. At that time, PCs were much more high-end, and for us they were a better playground — to be honest, they still are today.
But we always had a reach problem from a critical mass perspective. Creating higher-end experiences every year costs much more in terms of investment and research and development. So when the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 came to market, there was a short window where the consoles were outpacing PCs, but after a year the PC market caught up and surpassed them. We were able to benefit from that, especially with Crysis 2 and 3 on PC compared to the consoles. On Crysis 2 in particular, the console spec was pretty much the high-end PC spec.
With Ryse, therefore, it’s a great opportunity for us because we’re able to bring high-end PC gaming quality to the mainstream. If I look at the specifications of the Xbox One, it’s pretty much a high-end gaming PC. That allows us to assume for at least the next year or two that there will be millions of Xbox Ones we can count on as a high-end base. not even 1 full year
but yeah in reality I'm happy because this means I'll probably play this game now; where I probably would have let if fade into obscurity had it stayed on XB1
That quote... my god.
xbox one .... high ending gaming PC. :v:
Ryse seemed to be the best looking console game so far, the only issue being its performance and resolution, seems like those will both be gone soon enough then.
Except Halo
Eh, I even doubt that. I think the Master Chief collection will release on PC 6 months to a year after it releases on the Xbox One. Same goes for Guardians, Microsoft profits either way since they own Windows and at a certain point in time, it's time to admit that an exclusive just isn't going to be a reason someone buys a console.
I'm sure if Sony owned Windows, they'd be doing the same thing.
Now let's get Forza 5 on PC please.

The middle one is nice but the other two are kinda shit.

There are plenty of better racing games already out and coming soon on PC.
Game honestly looks shit.
I mean, was there even a massive demand for this to hit the PC? I don't know a single person that enjoyed it, nevermind demanding It come to other platforms.

Yeah I don't know anyone else interested in it at all. It wasn't even really a console seller. It was more of a "oh, might as well pick it up since there's no good launch games" kind of game.
For me, it's the same thing, "oh, might as well pick it up".
As long as the price is right, it seems like a good time-waster.

I think Crytek needs the money :v:

Mind giving me recommendations? I've been looking for something similar to Gran Turismo. Not too arcadey, but not too simulation-ish.
