The biggest give away is blur on the bike rider when he starts moving. It looks really strange.

just to make things clear: when you use cgi, it's not staging. if it were a real man on a real bike really getting hit by a real truck, and it was planned (as the bad acting and lack of overall realism indicate), then it would be staged. however this is cgi, pretty shoddy at that, the motion blur is totally incorrect, and i'm somewhat surprised so many of you can't tell that cgi was used.
literally the entire bike and driver go blurry, evenly distributed, when it should just be at the leading and trailing points, and given the speed, hardly at all. it has nothing to do with focus, either, as they're clearly using a handicam of some sort and everything is "focused".

ALSO one more thing to add: the shadow beneath the bike isn't nearly as dark as the shadow beneath the truck. now, i know the truck has more opaque space to make a wider shadow, but that doesn't matter as there should still be a point beneath the bike that's at least that dark. also not to mention the shadow beneath the bike isn't very gradient at all, in real life it would be much more gradient.
