Kazakhstan and Tajikistan discuss cooperation - Polidicks

First time I have heard of anything about Tajikistan other than that it exists.

is this because Putin basically sassed Nazarbayev and now he's trying to say that he doesn't need Russia anymore by cooperating with the other central Asian countries

By the way Putin never sassed Kazakhstan, he complimented them. It was a mistranslation. Tajikistan wants to be in the Eurasian Union.

First time I have ever seen cooperation in central Asia, especially with Tajikistan. Each nation in that region hates another nation very much (with the exception of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan which generally get on good terms and Turkmenistan because the only thing they're relevant for is gold statues and dictatorships)
