Probably depends what you are using it for. I'm sure it'd be illegal to walk down a street wearing one (would draw a lot of negative attention, at least), but if you were using it while spraying hazardous chemicals, it might be alright.

If you are going to sell that stuff, do not sell the Iodine or Quickclot, you need to dispose of them, especially if they are damaged.
Other than that maybe inbetween $120-$180 total, including the gasmask.
