Too bad this doesn't work if you instigate via braking. Of course they are betting on the fact that you don't have proof and/or can't convince the police that he was at fault for trying to cause an accident.
Now instead he'll be doing jail time/huge fine because the guy who recorded would be stupid to not report this to the police lol

Seriously the other day I was driving home from the grocries store and some girl rearended me, I got out and apparently it was a dad teaching his daughter to drive. I didn't yell or scream, listened to what they said, and told her that she's going to need more practice. The dad paid for repairs and that was that.

That's good then. A few years back I got run off the road by some asshole and called the cops on him. They hung up on me after telling me they couldn't do anything because it was 'outside his area' so I get really bitter when I see assholes like that not get caught

From what the guy who recorded it says, it was a lane merge. For some reason a lot of road rage stories start with lane merges, probably some kind of weird perception of offense or disrespect.

I don't drive, but my buddy does, and last week he ran me to Gamestop to pick up a game. On the way we were stopped at a four way and someone rear ended him. At a complete stop. They just freaking ran right into his car. Anyhow, he turned and pulled into someone's driveway and got out of the car, and the other car just took off. Luckily, there was literally no damage to his car.
