I can't see any logical reasoning behind this other than the driver is mentally unstable. If he simply hit a few people in the back and stopped [say, he was speeding and couldn't stop in time] then he's just a fucking idiot, but this was just a pure act of carnage - no stopping, not even breaking, just straight through. I hate how they take up the entire road for their cycling. They have sidewalks and other paths to take. So I wouldnt say he is in the wrong for that matter. He just used the wrong methods. EDIT: Although, if it was a race, or planned something, then he was 100% in the wrong.
