Looks pretty good, gonna have to try this out some time.
Didn't they showcase this game as a ps3 title in 2006?
Looks pretty damn good. I love their direct reference to minecraft. If it ain't $60, I'll probably buy it.
Sharks, Aliens, guns, space?
Im fucking sold
looks just like any other fps. i dont get it, they talk about minecraft but they dont do anything intresting
I don't understand why they just repeat immersion over and over and over as if it's something that bigger companies just ignore though at least they've shown they're actually doing something with peoples money.
Running Man's a pretty fun distraction, if you haven't played it already.
You can see your feet, yeees, the general handling of the player looks very interesting
This looks interesting as an indie game, and that narrator has a somewhat engaging voice.
$29.25 for the maximum membership thing on the games website... not too bad i guess but it looks generic even the name is generic INTERSTELLAR MARINES makes me think of Halo crossed with generic FPS #612.
Still good think to keep an eye on if it turns out to be unique
For those of you who don't know...
This game is played in your web browser. I think people not knowing that really tends to shrug the game off as something generic.

They're doing a Notch thing, if you pay 30 bucks now, you get all three games, along with betas before everyone else.

I didn't know standard FPS games have an RPG system :v:
I've been playing their three free releases and I have to say that everything looks REALLY promising. THe controls are fluid, easy to learn but hard to master. I actually jumped a bit during Running Man...those bots come at you FROM EVERYWHERE!

Unity game engine has a plugin for all web browsers, its not the work of the actual devs (running the game in the web browser) but a byproduct of choosing unity to develop on
Dat animation.
Wow. To be honest a few years ago I thought interstellar marines was some sort of generic fps, but now that I know that this is being made independently my attention is hooked.
Seems indeed very interesting and promising. Definitely worth a try...
the content offered up in the demos on their website is pretty impressive what-with their resources.
I wouldn't be so quick to judge.
I made that mistake before and missed out on a whole time period of Dragon Age (which i'm not currently still catching up with)
I just hope the executable is downloadable in the future. My internet isn't the best, and having to download it every time I want to play is going to be a BITCH.
oh this game, I remember seeing a tech demo for it like 2 years ago thinking "this looks interesting" still looks interesting I mean, Sharks and Space Marines, what could go wrong?
