when i did tae kwon do we called it a Jumping Spinning Turning Kick
in point sparing you strike with the top of your foot, but in the real world you are meant to bend your toes backwards and strike with the ball of your foot causing more damage.
i used to be able to do this kick pretty well and i say "used to" lol
