Hey guys, i want to sign up for the army for a pretty long time now but im underweight. I tryed olmost everything to gain weight for a year but nothing seems to help. My stomach is just small, i get full real fast and i just can't eat after that feeling. They say my weight is normal for my lenght (im 1,75m and 56kg) but i still wan't to reach atleast 65kg. I run olmost every morning and do stuff like push ups, sit ups, pull ups and lift weights so im fysically strong enough to join the army, but i just want to gain more weight.
Does anyone had/have the same problem, and do you have a solution for it ?

Eat better, specially protein. You just need to work out harder (Lift weights) and pack on muscle. That is the best way to put on good weight. Don't bother getting fat because once you go though basic you'll lose a lot of body fat.

A+ advice.
OP i have the same problem.
keep doing what you're doing, but try having some whey powder with it. all those extra calories and protein...mmm
In all seriousness, build muscle, work out. Also, eat carbohydrates. Get on a balanced diet. Muscle weighs more than fat and carbohydrates help you develop it.
From the way you type I would assume you are under 16 or speak a foreign language. Age also is a great way to gain weight. Your body grows, as does your capacity for muscle and storing food.
Drink a lot of protein shakes! If you want weight and muscle, it should do the trick.
How to eat food ?
Stop shitting.
Easy math :
Eating = +Cal
Working out = -Cal
More weight = +Cal
So to gain weight, Less working out and more eating :buddy:
Stop walking.
Work out. Muscle weighs more then fat.
if you have a a bad diet then working out isn't doing much for you. like others have suggested, eat a lot of protein and take vitamins, and don't just go to mc donalds to gain weight.

Yes. Tell him to eat carbs. Let's ruin the poor kid with fat. How many times does science have to point out that we don't deal well with carbs until people figure it out.
Protein helps muscle development.
So eat a ton of meat and drink protein shakes and work out a lot more.
It'd take longer than the eating McDonalds way, but it'll be way better for you in the long run.
Join some fitness club or something like that
Lower your metabolism. Then you can stay fit but put on weight. Whether it be muscle or fat you gotta have the right exercise with a coherent diet .
