I think this has been posted before, and i'm pretty sure that is not how real life physics or mathematics work. Pretty cool pocket philosophies though.

An infinite number of possible distances =/= infinity distance, the same reason .999 repeating = 1
and the "moment" philosophy makes absolutely 0 sense whatsoever.

Well it is. And it wasn't the only BS ideea that enticed greek philosophers in those times, but others such as that all matter is made up of four elements: water, earth, air and fire.
At least give them credit for thinking about stuff outside the mortal realm in such an age.
Zeno's paradoxes are a good example of how the vast majority of ancient philosophers were full of shit. It's also a great exercise in why practical experiments are important.
