They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
[sp]It's actually really well done, feels like the real deal[/sp]
The comments section make this seem like a better version.
Maybe I'll give this a chance.

If you get past the kinda bad vocal impression you get an obvious fan who's done a great job at imitating the mannerisms and editing flow of Plinkett. The criticism is also good without being "this movie is literally the worst and those Jew cucks at Disney should fuck off and die" like 90% of the reviews these movies get.
It's kind of a shame since I would probably watch this if he didn't do a bad vocal impression. The editing style of Plinkett is one I personally like a lot.

I almost would've been fine with the bad impression if it weren't for the low-pitch filter, that wasn't really necessary.

The Plinkett editing style is incredibly captivating and easy to watch
probably the best way to format a longform review tbh

Red Letter Media has pretty much perfected the art of editing film reviews in my eyes.
With Plinkett's reviews, the way jokes and broader story bits are slipped in to actual informed criticism helps keep them engaging; a lot better to have short bits interspersed with the review than dumping everything at the beginning or end in the style of the Nostalgia Critic.
Half in the Bag manages to avoid that problem by not having story segments be 5+ minutes long, other than a few exceptions where the whole point is to abandon plotlines for the sake of keeping the overall show simple (ironically, usually done in intentionally contrived ways).

There is also Prev Rec, they've very effectively accomplished a perfect "Lets just sit down, get to the point, and say what we need to" while still being very funny and entertaining
RLM pretty much gets to stay generally like it is and it'll never get old.

I haven't watched the reviews, but if that is true, then why did he use the same terrible clickbait thumbnails that all the other "Anti-Di$ney" channels use?

I dunno. He only talks shit on Disney when it comes to things like executive meddling or shallow story. Like he doesn't actually have a hateboner.
