Holy shit, I would've never thought of this [editline]7th October 2011[/editline] watch as Apple gets a patent then sues them for it
1:30 press a button and it turns into a tablet.
1:30 press a button and it turns into a tablet.
the guy has a silly voice sounds like hes super drowsy "exanable keyboaw" [editline]7th October 2011[/editline] I'm thinking about getting something like this now but I wont have any use for it
the font used at 2:58 looked very similar to the one Apple uses.
I want one, I'm curious as to what it would cost though.
Another piece of gratuitous technology.

Wow, that looks amazing. My phone is ancient, so I've got an excuse to upgrade there... but I have the Transformer, so I can't justify this, much as I love the look of it. Also, is it just me or are Asus one of the most innovative companies out there in the tablet area? They've had ideas for sliding keyboards on a tablet, the plug in dock (really nice keyboard on it) and now this.

I like the idea but im wondering what it'll weigh.
I like the idea but im wondering what it'll weigh.
their netbooks are very plastic, very light weight, so I'd assume this isn't heavy either.
I like the idea but im wondering what it'll weigh.
Assuming that it weighs similar to the Transformer, less than 500 grams, which really isn't that heavy. I'd say that a single one of my lighter school textbooks (250 pages, A4) weighs twice the transformer.
The voices sounded really syntethic.
The voices sounded really syntethic.
That's just Asians speaking English. No racism intended. This seems like a really nice innovation. Probably won't be nice to your wallet.
Wow what a bad advertisement. Everything is cheap, but at the same time it pretends to be classy. Should've hired some people that are better at pronouncing english.
i can't wait for a tablet version of IE8 the best browser gets even better

IT HAS ROUNDED EDGES!!! SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE
careful the apple overlords could be watching!
I have an Asus eee pad transformer and I'm very happy with it, these people keep making genuinely good ideas!
This product raises so many questions: *What networks will offer the device(s)? *Can they be bought separately? *Does the "tablet" portion include any extras like batteries or processors? *How does the size/weight/screen resolution/quality/price compare to existing tablets? For me tablets occupy an awkward design "range"; my smartphone is great for keeping me connected on-the-go and I'd rather have a laptop or desktop for doing browsing and work. The compromises tablets make to essentially makes them akin to larger, unwieldy smartphones with minimal productivity benefits. Of course, that's just my opinion based on my daily needs and wants of my electronics.
Expandable Keyboh.
genius
Can't say I'm a fan of the bulge thing they got going on there.
I like ASUS. My motherboard is an ASUS as was the last one, and it was dirt cheap and rock solid
It remind me a bit about the Asus Eeepad transformer
