PARKOUR/FREERUNNING
Nothing special, just a 1 fun day of training with KZ3Runnerz :)

Pretty cool, although I'm not sure why you were giving us that stare at the beginning
This is free-running, not parkour. Parkour is trying to get from A to B as efficiently as possible, free-running is doing it with tricks and shit like flips and rolls.
lol, i know. Thats why it's says Parkour/Freerunning on youtube.

I'd say it's a healthy mixture of the two, while slightly favoring freerunning more.
Plus most of the time the only people that actually care about the difference are the people that don't actually do either. Most people that actually train have done so long enough to realize that they're nearly the same thing, and they're both movement.
PLUS, most people tend to dip into both somewhere along the line, which is why most actual traceurs don't care to differentiate.
Great video though. I like the music choice. It makes me want to finish up my summer break and head back to college just so I can train some more.

Also what camera are you using? The main reason that I don't record anything I do is cause I usually do it just for the sake and enjoyment of training, but if I had an actual good camera I'd start recording some things.
I always imagined free runners as ninjas in training
You're ridiculously good looking (no homo). And the video was cool. Kazakhstan looks great!

It's GOPRO, everyone uses them now, especially for sports. It's cheap, about 300$. And it can shoot 120FPS at 800X 600X or something. 30fps 1080p. 60fps 720p.

I feel like playing The Carpet is Lava with you would either be extremely infuriating or extremely awesome.

I got a GOPRO off Amazon for like 45 bux mang.
My nemesis, extreme sports Fish Eye Lens, we meet again.
I know it makes it easier to film certain shots, but oh god it irks me so. It certainly doesn't help that just about every parkour/freerunning video uses it.
