Literally lightning fast.
I use Google Chrome.
:smug:
Bullshit. It's not THAT fast.
But that video was pretty fucking cool. I  Chrome even if it isn't that fast. :buddy:
Thats...

Thats awesome!
Added the making of doc to the OP
Oh god that's horrible, he just visits a saved page on his computer..
Why wouldn't you be using Google Chrome already?

Thats the point. It's to show how fast chrome displays a website. Not how fast his internet connection downloads it.
Well, other browsers are fast too - i don't think Chrome really renders saved webpages faster..

Did it mention that it did?
Arguments aside at least it wasn't IE. Maybe will shuffle a few IE7~ users onto something better now.
That slow-mo potato blast was fucking awesome.
Thats awesome
pretty cool but, firefox is what i use
My Chrome isn't that fast at all. Infact it's only slightly faster than Firefox for me.

I've used Google Chrome and undoubtedly it is faster than Mozilla Firefox (for now?). Firefox starts up and loads pages within a second or two but Chrome does the job almost immediately.
While I was just simply browsing, a random XSS attack gave me a piece of rogue software called "Windows Defender". It installed by itself and "alerted" me of Trojans, I couldn't use my anti-virus and anti-software, my firewall wouldn't turn on, and shortly my connection died out.
If Chrome starts supporting NoScript, then I'll switch immediately. I prize safety before speed.
Awesome video, but Opera is faster.
The liquid on speaker bit was awesome
I love how they kept zapping the boat till it burned too
They're using their gigabit ethernet cheaters.
I am awestruck.

Windows Defender is a legitimate piece of software, too, so you know. Infact, ti comes default on alot of computers. I'm no expert, but you sure it wasn't the real Defender picking up trojans?
BOOM page is done and you have french fries! That shit was awesome.
I call hax
First post using Google Chrome! This shit is pretty fast, though I like Firefox's layout better.
I found the video kind of funny because it was random.
The fact that they tried to pass it off as a real experiment kind of pissed me off
Chrome may be fast, but facepunch is slower than a 60 year old man.
