So I need to put that file in a small square with 180x250 , like this one:

The problem is the resolution is a shit, is anyway to put smaller and the same resolution as the first one?

i cant tell with the way youve scaled these images, can i get some full sized ones linked.
If you're wanting that to be scaled down and still readable, it's not gonna happen.
Putting ~50 lines of text into a file 250 pixels high would result in 5 pixels per line of text (if it was all text, but yours has spacing as it should). That's not enough for a discernible letter in most cases.
Make sure you got high dpi number then, like 300 or something like that, I guess that could help you. But I don't think it'll be that easy to read anyways

I'm not sure about this but you might be able to download an OCR program and then scale the text down in word.

You won't be able to read it at that low resolution (180 x 250)
If you need it to print at that size, what you are asking is doable. However, if you need it for screen, it is not.
A screens DPI (Dots per inch) is around 72 or 96. That is how many pixels will fit on your screen per inch. for example, my macbook here does a max horizontal resolution of 1440. It is 13" horizontal. 1440/13 = 110dpi which is higher than average. Some screens have higher than that, but most computer monitors will be from 72 to 130. News print is about 150dpi, magazines around 300-600dpi. What that means is that at this point in time, print media is capable of higher resolutions than screen.
To print it at that size, change the print size to whatever you want but make sure you keep a high DPI, probably 300 but maybe even 600. When you view it in photoshop it will look big, but when you view print size, it will be small. The printer can print a much higher resolution at small sizes than your monitor can display. If you have a decent printer (laser preferably), you should be able to still read it, even if you need a magnifying glass.

I'm going to go ahead and just ask... Do you need this so you can cheat on your exam in school?
