Same, but i hate endurance running, pretty pointless when you can do sprints, much better for you anyway.

High metabolism is pretty awesome.
I have a high metabolism. So yeah what this video said is basically true for me: Eat a fuck ton of food, go to sleep, wake up and realize you lost a few pounds which you will put back by eating more food.
if I quit drinking soda I actually lose weight, hyper high metabolism here I cant get fat and I eat like a fat guy. I keep my weight by drinking fucktons of soda :v:

I have a high metabolism but it has been getting pretty bad for me, because I can't gain weight no matter what I do. I have been steadily losing weight for the past 10 months and its scaring me.

Pisses me off, he drinks soft drink instead of water, the same meals I do and significantly more snack food like biscuits and lollies.
I'm not saying I'm perfect (If I dieted properly I'd probably be fine) but I eat a lot healthier than he does and I work out more than him too, but guess who's more flabby.
The main reason it upsets me isn't that he looks better than I do, I know I can fix that, I just really love food and I'm fucking jealous he can eat anything he wants whenever he wants with little to no consequence.

Soda's honestly not the best way to maintain a metabolism. If you have huge amounts of it you could easily end up with diabetes (unless genetics blessed you twice), and I don't know about you guys, but sugary drinks are my main source of acne.

Seems like everybody has high metabolism here. Mine is shit tier. If I so much as look at fatty foods, I gain weight.
Genetics is kind of a shitty game. The people with good genetics find other people with good genetics and they create a kid with good genetics, while the people with shit genetics can only get with others with shit genetics. This means every generation just carries that further and further, making it worse.
Granted, that is just if the world was only pure genetics, but there is plenty you can do to make up for having poor genetics. It is still kind of shitty that people have to compensate for it while others don't, but that is life.

Sprints aren't good for you at all. More often than not your muscles don't get enough oxygen, which causes your muscles to produce lactic acid. Lactic acid causes soreness among other things. It's literally acid in your muscles.
A good example of this happening is the Cheetah. It's powerful leg muscles don't get nearly enough oxygen during their sprints. As a result of this, they can only sprint for very short durations without collapsing. Even if they don't collapse, they'll need to rest for like half an hour.

that's not even the worst thing about it, the worst is that your appetite doesn't give a flying purple shit how many food do you really need, yes you're going to walk to the fridge and yes you will take some snacks and then some, self control is the only thing that prevents that

I eat loads of sugary shit and I've never had acne, barely had any spots either.
Yeah just wait til your high metabolism changes in your later adult hood and you become fat from the same dietary habbits that never bothered you before.
I've got good genetics but I don't have a high metabolism. Still managed to lose around 70lbs in the last year and a bit.
