Ok, so have you ever felt like doing 3 things:

Well then come to Kings Dominion and ride the intimidator 305.

It's so tall and high maintainence that they have to use a magnetic pulley to get you to the top instead of a chain. They also have blinking lights at the top so that planes don't crash into it at night

I think that the park manager was playing roller coaster tycoon 2 one day and thought "HOLY SHIT THIS IS THE BEST IDEA EVER"

Not as intimidating as the Titan here in Texas - the Intimidator is faster and longer but lacks the same tight turns and helixes as the Titan

The primary difference I think is that on this coaster, you are pulled to the top and then dropped. On Kingda Ka, they use a hydraulic system to launch you from the base up, and then you fall back down. In a sense they both use gravity, but I think the distinction is that this one has no added force (other than the lift to the top) whereas Kingda Ka you have the added force of the hydraulic launch.
