another new Terminator model, and it looks even more overdesigned and overkill-futuristic than the T-X? geez, just stick to the Evil Grin Red Eyes Metal Skeleton thing for once
looks fucking stupid but i'll probably still see it just for the t-800 parts
I wasn't able to control my laughter when he just divebombed the helicopter.
What the fuck was that? The movie already has a robotic skeleton and a liquid metal robot. I can't see how anything between can be better than the two.
What a weird use of a DJ Shadow track. It just feels unfitting for a movie like this.

All I can hear is ssx.
i somehow believe this terminator wont have the same vibe as the first two
I'll give this movie a chance, it might be good.
Obligatory reference to the first movie of course.
At least we get some Arnold. That gray hair though.

are you talking about the part with young arnold? the premise for this movie is that someway somehow (old) arnold was sent back in time to protect sara as a child, thus "everything has changed" because by the time terminator 1 is suppsoed to take place (old) arnold has already trained sara and is ready to spawn kill (young/evil) arnold from terminator 1 when he arrives.
The way he steps out of the car and the bus spinning in the air, it's literally this

Giant '80s tachikomas.

Didn't read about that but I guessed something along that line was happening when he was facing himself there.
But I specifically meant the "I'll be back" line in the helicopter, right before he does the ridiculous dive.
A lot of the same shots from the first trailer. I still think it looks good, honestly. One thing people should keep in mind, the script is rumored to be excellent. All the actors involved actively wanted to be a part of this film after reading the script. At least, that is the story behind J.K Simmons (Whiplash) involvement. And I'm pretty sure with her Game of Thrones momentum that Emilia Clarke could do any fuckin' movie she desires, and she chose to be in this. The whole timeline altering thing proved extremely successful with Star Trek and X-Men, I don't see why it wouldn't be great for Terminator as well where time travel has always been a staple anyway.
That said, I am confused by this new obviously 'bad guy' looking Terminator they're showing. The first trailer seemed to indicate the T-1000 would be returning at the main villain. I don't know if this is just him forming himself that way or if it's an entirely new model.
Did anyone else expect anything more than a full CGI reformat of the series?
And that makeup... wow!
I sure hope I don't see Arnie's muscles...

Fuck yea, it's Singham Returns! Probably the most hilarious Bollywood movie ever. You *must* watch it with a group of friends, it's the absolutely best way to enjoy it.
Here's the trailer.

Back on topic... I don't care, I'll watch it anyway, even if they're blatantly profiting on my nostalgia.

Enthiran is pretty good too tho
I liked it
is no one going to talk about how a robot is aging with grey hair and wrinkles?
is no one going to talk about how a robot is aging with grey hair and wrinkles?
Something to do with his Skin suit being actual living tissue and that's why it ages. Don't quote me on that I could be wrong.
Also I don't care what anyone says i'm still gonna watch it. It has over the top action so if I enjoy it just for that then I got what I needed from the movie.
over the top action + arnie = good enough for me
stop

T-800 was the first to have a living tissue over it's endoskeleton. Before they used rubber and were easily recognized. So that's why he ages. Plus I think he ages faster because that tissue wasn't meant to be in use for such a long time.
a lot of people are saying this film is bad based on a few seconds of superficial CGI
Maybe that SUPER FUTURISTIC TACTICOOL T-800 looking endoskeleton is actually an improved version of young T-800 Arnie
