Well the original XKCD jokes are made by a smug obsessive manchild for people who enjoy "clever" nerd references in their comics to feel smarter, so I see this as an improvement.

I mean, all of the comics are basically like:

1. Blah blah blah, lead-up to witty nerd reference
2. Witty nerd reference
3. Did I also tell I have a girlfriend and use Linux :smug:
