If this were an option when I was starting my education, you bet I'd be submitting to it. A $25k scholarship is a lot of money to pay for school and at that price, I dont care where the money comes from.

From the question they provide, it just seems more like a scholarship that doesn't have to do with porn, but more of a light joke because its coming from a porn company and its about how "you make others happy." Might be a little too optimistic but I bet the winner will be someone who like selflessly helps the homeless rather than someone who can fit like a bowling ball in their butt.

I was thinking about this and by the time you are applying for scholarships you have probably only been 18, the legal age to star in porn, for like a few months at best. Its hard to believe that they are going to make a scholarship for who does the best porn for barely adults because it would imply that they would want you to have experience first, which would be pornhub silently condoning child porn.
