He's some street performance artist or something, not really insane. You probably remember that because in the guise of it sounding like the ramblings of a madman, it makes absolute sense.

Is there a name for this kind of documentary where they cut in interviews and normal scenes together?
I've seen many of these they're all fictional like District 9. This is the first time I've seen one that's non fiction.
