In the video below, the Volt owner -- also apparently from Georgia -- says he made the video to respond to the cheap shots by Gingrich made against the Volt, noting it's made and designed in the United States, unlike nearly every other hybrid or electric vehicle on American roads. All we'll add is that while GM says it didn't design the Volt to be a "political punching bag" and might not be the first choice for a hunting trip, it did shoot battery packs to ensure they wouldn't blow up if bullets passed through. Guns are one of the political disscusions, theres no real issue with the gun system there is no need for more control or less control, People can own semi auto guns and people can own full auto. Maybe a little fine tuning due to the restrictions that states put like 10rd mags or something but it's just something for politions to jerk off about.
