Custom Marvin the Paranoid Android (Movie version) Munny - General

Today I decided I was going to customize my very first D.I.Y. Munny vinyl toy. After a bit of thinking, I've decided I'm going to make it into Marvin, the Paranoid Android from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie that came out a few years back. I'll be updating this thread over the next couple days as I work on it. I'll be turning the head around so the bump will be in the back, since it kind of droops down it'll give him a good depressed slouchy look.

I think you ought to know I'm feeling very depressed.

I've done two coats of paint. The base coat was plain pearl white I purchased at a craft store, and the second coat was a mixture of that and Citadel Miniatures "skull white" paint, which I thought turned out nicely. I'm thinking of doing one more coat of the pearl white again, because it's so rough. The body and head are done for now, and tomorrow I'm going to wet sand them with some 500 grit sandpaper. Then I'll start with the details. cool idea. decent setup. but what made it turn out like that is your painting skills. you should have taped off areas to get a perfect line. needless to say still a bad ass knick-knack.

Yeah, painting isn't my forte.
