I didn't know escalators had brakes that worked like that. It makes sense, I just didn't think there was a need for it.

How can you say the fans are terrible just because there's some hooligans in some places?

Hooligans aren't that prevalent anymore,depending where you are ofcourse,but in most places you sparsley see hooligans.

Football's great. Only a minority of the fans are actually "hooligans" (I hate that term) anyway.
