Would you donate if the Games being made supported a charity with every sale they made? So you're asking if we'd give some guy money to buy a new computer, which he would use to make a new game, and the proceeds of which he'd give to a charity while still taking some for himself? Fuck no. One, he'd be making a profit and we'd be getting no return. That's a crappy investment, not a donation. Two, pirates. Three, we could just donate to the charity instead where we know it would DIRECTLY go to helping people. If I have spare money, I'm not going to give it to some loser computer nerd so he can make a video game. I'd either use it for myself or donate it directly.
