i just started wrestling and cardio workouts, and im wheezing crazy when i exhale really hard, im not sure if its a combo of the tar in my lungs or what... i took amoxicillin that i had laying around and it worked a little i guess...

I really suggest you quit smoking if you want to do shit like that. You'll probably notice a huge difference in only a few weeks.
From my experience people in my gym who smoke gas a lot faster than people who don't...
Stop smoking, obviously, and make sure you're doing good cardio. Do a lot of running and cycling. Swimming is amazing for wrestling, works every muscle in your body and gets you lean.
Quit smoking.
i think you should keep smoking and start taking bronkaid
Don't smoke and try snuff/chew instead when you're craving tobacco
