Seeing a time-lapse of a drawing is so satisfying. Her skill to draw so accurately puts me off ever wanting to attempt any form of drawing or painting ever.

It's intimidating, but it's practice, practice, practice. Even as a beginner you can pull off some detailed drawings if you allow yourself the time and patience to do so. Just don't put yourself down because you can't do a drawing like this right off the bat; I did that to myself for a long time and it meant I wasn't creating ANYTHING for a while, which is a mistake. Best thing to do is to try drawing things you enjoy or have a connection to; doesn't matter if it's your pet or a piece of fan-art.
This is so neat, I love creativity. From Movies to Drawings. Creating new things is the best.

it really shouldnt. drawing this realistically and accurately is only half the battle (and fun) with illustration anyway - usually it's what people learn to do first. it's not much more difficult than just understanding how things work and learning how to look at stuff properly. in terms of technical skill it's not that advanced
what you do after learning this - developing some sort of style - is really the hardest and most satisfying stage of any kind of art
Personally it is so "realistic" it feels uncanny and weird to me.

well then it's not realistic enough
Amazing.

Only really uncanny part I can see is the eyes on some of them look a bit off.
My only problem with this is that all she does is direct copies of photos, and her approach shows this.
Kevin Spacey's face is my favorite part of this, it looks like a muppet
I don't know why, but Kevin Spacey's face slowly being filled in is fucking hysterical.
