Anybody who knows me knows I'm big into fitness, I go to the gym to meet my personal trainer 3 times a week. Well my session for the day was over so I decided to grab my itouch and go on the treadmill. I was on the treadmill for a whole fucking hour and I didn't even realize it because I was surfing FP the entire time. Normally I would be exhausted (speed 3.5 incline 2), but having the iPod in my face the whole ride made me unaware that I was getting any exercise. (my legs hurt when I got off though)
So... yeah, thanks FP! Thanks a lot!
Oh and the gym I go to is called "The Rush", it's very cool.

No, it just stands to reason that only a fat person could burn that many calories in an hour doing minimal exercising. The more you weigh, the more energy is used compared to someone who's lighter.

I lose weight faster than some people. The only difference between me and the fatties is that I choose to stay healthier even though I eat pretty much the same amount.

Oh and anybody cares I have pumped it up to 9 incline and speed 4. At 4.5 I start running.
Don't know about threadmills, but when I went to gym I used the crosstrainer on level 14 and used to run for 30 minutes for warm up even though I was (and am) a fat bastard. It IS possible to not concenterate and still go fast. I actually go faster when I'm not concenterating. Like reading LotR whilst running.
874 calories isn't really much, but it's better than nothing. Also 3.5 speed is nothing, run at 10-13 speed for half an hour would be a lot better.
