Now hold on a second, this is going to require a bit of explaining... For my first project at my new college we were required to make a short sequence (2 minutes or so) based on a horror film of our choosing. We were split into groups of 4 and we each had to present 1 sequence each and then recreate it. I chose the church scene from 28 days later, with a few modifications (Ie: without the gigantic pile of corpses.) Now I know what you're thinking, 2 minutes, is that it? Well.. yes. It is. This project was the first time most of our group had EVER. I repeat, EVER used a camera. Myself included. I come from a relatively poor household and theres 6 of us so we've never had a camera before. I'd always dreamed of having a serious chance to try and make some kind of film whether it be a music video, or narrative or whatever. Tl;dr First time ever using a camera/making a film, turned out well(ish) and it was an extrememly fun and rewarding experience. Trivia: *Youtube raped the quality, the original footage was shmexy as hell. I'm going to try and host it on a nice high quality video hosting site. R.I.P stage6 :( * We couldn't get a hospital gown for jim so insead we got a dentist's gown. *We were already halfway through shooting when we realised that we'd forgotten the plastic bag with the cans in that Jim hits the priest over the head with, hence the piece of wood. *Due to technical issues whilst (trying) to record the infected sounds I was stuck on the deadline day with no sounds for the priest, so in a desperate act of improvisation I used zombie sounds from Left 4 Dead *The soundtrack is the 28 days later soundtrack. With it being the first project we were allowed to use copyrighted tracks. On subsequent assignments we have to actually get somebody to compose our own soundtracks (should be fun) Summary, with it being the first time id ever used a camera i was really nervous at first So there you have it, my first experience in creating films. Think it's shit? Tell me why Like it? Thanks, tell me why. I need to get audience feedback on it for the second half of the assignment. Thanks for watching, and thanks for reading :)

Pretty good. I liked most of the angles. Though the dentist suit was kinda corny. Most of the effects used were good, except for Youtube quality rape. The sounds were perfect, I know on our old cameras it'd pick up shit from across hallways. Wasn't fun. lol. Don't be worried to much about being specific on the details within 28 days later, make some original things up. I imagine it'll go over well.

The angles were a mix between actual shots used in the film and shots we came up with to work around space limitations on set. The angle looking down on the stairwell was nerve wrecking, I was leaning over a massive drop with an expensive camera lol Thanks again for the feedback
