I have some really dumb questions about getting a girly figure
10 replies, posted
Some background info to start off. I'm 5'6", weigh between 130-140 pounds. My current eating habits are anything that tastes good and my exercise is non-existent. My ideal body type is something very feminine. I could provide a picture if need be, but would prefer not to.
Now, onto the questions:
1) What kind of foods should I be eating/looking into? What foods should I stay away from? I'm not a fan of vegetables, how screwed am I? The cheaper the food, the better.
2) I assume I'll want to do lots of cardio exercises. What does everyone recommend? I have an exercise bike, as well as a real bike at my disposal.
3) What is a good exercise routine? (Wake up, eat, exercise, shower, etc...?) Should I be exercising every day, or every other day?
Sorry for the dumb questions, but this seemed like the best place to ask.
funnily enough, i found this today (please for the love of christ dont ask how or why)

also in terms of cardio, the best cardio is the one that you like doing. couch to 5k is a good one as listed above, but it depends on what you like doing best. if you wanna go biking, go for it. if you wanna swim, thats cool too. wanna jump rope? sure!

Not sure how accurate that is because there's also this

as i said, i literally just found it this morning. i have no idea if its effective at all. you might want to ask general discussion's crossdressing thread, i have no idea about anything about crossdressing and i somehow doubt if anyone else here does too.
personally i dont see why you couldnt do any strength training routine you liked as long as you dont eat a caloric surplus but a lot of mtf friends tell me thats a big nono and i never bothered to follow up so ymmv.
Looking over the picture, it all seems like stupid crap, lowering testosterone production isn't that easy, I routinely eat soy products and they've been proving to not lower testosterone or encourage estrogen production, it's just one big myth that the bodybuilding community loves propagating like all the other broscience.
Alcohol too, while this one is true, we're talking about YEARS of alcohol abuse and even then, it's not like you develop bitch tits within a week of drinking that shit.
Well, today I did some easy cardio exercises for 10 minutes working on the stomach area. I'll probably do the same exercise each day for a week, and then move onto a 20 minute exercise.
I used to do "body toning yoga".
Didn't work dont bother.
because toning is a stupid fucking buzzword and it's stupid as all hell lmao
I cringe whenever I hear the word toning.

Pictured: your dream trap mode body if you do nothing but cardio in an attempt to "tone"

What's the point in that ? If you want to lose belly fat you are wasting your time doing situps and stuff. You can't lose fat in a particular area, belly fat is a fat reserve that goes away last in most men, with girls it's a bit different since they store more fat in butt and tighs.

This is what I was doing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKFVZu_4Lq4
But since I'm getting some answers here, what should I be doing?
Weightlifting and cardio. Just try to get a liiiiittle bit of muscle mass and then you lose weight for max trap mode body, gaining muscles is a long process so you don't have to worry about becoming big, eventually you'll be at a muscle mass you're happy with at which point you can just tone down on the weightlifting to not grow too much mass over time.
Honestly I'm not a pro with the whole trapmode thing, I honestly never thought about how these guys achieved that body but I assume that genetics highly helps.
Anyway, don't know what your current stats are but you can't spot fat less, your fat will go down overall but doing bunch of crunches will not burn any stomach fat at all.

Wait oops, you did post your stats in the OP, what I said still applies though.
