He is fuckin' toned as a mothafucka. Ain't gym muscle in that body there at all.

A few years of busting ass without powertools, guns or supermarkets will do that to you.
Edit: I wonder how the shrimps taste, they look pretty meaty, also I wonder what those vegetables he put in the pot were.
If civilization falls, this guy will survive long after we're all gone.
I didn't know shrimps could move like that
I'll have to admit that looked tasty as fuck.
what was that thing he put inside with the shrimps at 6:03?

Yams, if I read the video description right.

Probably, he grew his own potato/yam farm a few videos back
They must grow in the wild, wherever he is

I believe he's in Queensland, in the northern area that has jungles.

correcto
It's a yam I planted years ago and forgot about. I took wild yams growing much further down stream and planted them in a sunny spot here in the mountain. Normally they don't grow this high in the mountain as they don't have a means of dispersal here. Thanks.•
I've always wondered if he's ever run into someone in the wild, or found evidence that someone had come across the stuff he's made while he's not there
Is this the first video where he actually kills a living creature? I could see him getting shit for this already.
Is this the first video where he actually kills a living creature? I could see him getting shit for this already.
dont worry, he only killed black shrimps
these traps are totally cool. I used to make the exact same type with my brother and catch these mini-carp fish in the river by our family cabin. We'd just cut the top off a soda bottle, invert it and put some breadcrumbs in it. we'd leave them over night and come back to find 10-20 carps the size of your index finger in the bottle

he killed them humanely, he wasn't cutting out the guts with that rock.

I don't think he'll ever kill a land animal or bird or something, but fishing is a well established survival dealio. Doubt he'll get in trouble for it.
Think about all the plants he skins, cuts, and burns :v:
he killed them humanely, he wasn't cutting out the guts with that rock.
Oh I'm totally with you. I'm just imagining the backlash. Living off of the land historically meant killing animals so I don't know whether his channel is gonna go there or not. Regardless I look forward to seeing what he puts out next.
i mean in the video where he makes the bow & arrows, he has this weird sort of camera jump where it goes from looking at a bird to him holding feathers in like, three seconds
fuckin caught me off guard

It's at 2:53
Hilarious camerawork, imo

Could've found them nearby.
Confirmed, he didn't kill them.
They were fletched with bush turkey feathers picked up from the ground (no turkeys were harmed in the making of this video).
He was commenting on the exceptional physique of the individual making these videos, declaring from a personal experience (I assume) that his muscle type is not something gained from traditional bulking and heavyweight training, but rather a functional strength with well defined muscles derived from a life doing manual labor and a good diet.

There's dudes that pour molten aluminum into fire ant nests and still get called out for it despite the fact that fire ants are incredibly well known dangerous pests that actively harm everything around them
I have no doubt that someone out there is dumb enough tbh

How is deadlifting, bench pressing, rows, overhead pressing, squatting, and loaded carries not "functional" just because you're doing it at a gym? They have a great carryover to manual tasks outside of a weight room.
Next step.

How does he shave in the wild?

By 'functional' he most certainly means lifting and moving objects for a functional purpose other than gaining muscle definition.

Looks like someone got triggered :D It's okay man, you can grow your muscles any way you want.
How does he shave in the wild?
Knapping razors out of flint stones isn't exactly the hardest thing to do, you can easily chip off a really sharp edge. I don't know what to use as foam though.
He does have a caravan somewhere nearby though, possibly with a bathroom where he also have his gilette and shaving foam :v:
I'm pretty sure they just used animal fat to shave, in fact anything to make the blade glide on the skin.
