Financially or criminally responsible, that's fucking crazily ridiculous. STDs can be obtained by straight sex as well. If only people could think before they made statements like that.

To be honest, our schools should be held responsible for any students contracting STDs with how abysmal our SexEd program is.

They should hold schools that teach abstinence only accountable when their students end up pregnant or catch an STD.

What's strange is schools that do discuss sex will almost certainly explain proper condum use and std risks while the schools that don't talk about sex and sexuality will just leave kids to their own devices to catch this shit and get girls pregnant but hey It's all in the name of Christ right?
