Papa Frank will always be filthy in my heart. Thank you for everything, Franku.
throat tissue damage
Makes sense, all that screaming and even the default Filthy Frank voice can't be good for someone who wants to have a career in singing.
I hope his career in serious music is successful.
It's a real shame his generic rap career has taken over him making his unique style of comedy videos. But if it's causing him to have health issues I can see why he's made the decision to stop.

Have you even listened to some of the stuff he's put out under his aliases, they're far from generic as you can get and its more than just rap. Also the guy doesn't enjoy making it anymore, this has been a pretty clear thing over the last year and a half. If he doesn't enjoy making the "unique style of comedy videos" then he shouldn't have to. Christ your post sounds entitled from the first half.

Also, considering how much content he created and how popular it became, its not really unique anymore. Hell even pewdiepie started doing the filthy frank voice.
I think after releasing a entire book, it's a good point to end on. It would be hard to top what hes done up to now at this point.
I think after releasing a entire book, it's a good point to end on. I'm honestly surprised he's had to say it again. Maybe people kept bugging him about it even after that last video?
Makes sense, all that screaming and even the default Filthy Frank voice can't be good for someone who wants to have a career in singing.
I would have thought the stomach acid from all the vomiting would have caused the throat tissue damage. The guy has been through some disgusting shit, and fuck was it entertaining.
Let's not cry because its over Smile because it happened
IIRC back when he uploaded that video revealing who he really was he explained that the difficulty is pretty much some kind of condition he has compounded with the stress from having to make the FF videos. At first it was just good fun but if you've followed his videos for awhile you could probably notice his fanbase was gradually becoming cancer. (not in a good way) It reminds me of what happened to the R&M fanbase kind of, because there were times where I'd just be hearing people IRL spout FF memes.

His Pink Guy stuff will always be great, But if you read his statement he said hes done with comedy which means Pink Guy as well. I support whatever decision he makes when it comes to his career, especially if its affecting his mental and physical health. He's brought me hours of internement so he doesn't owe me anything. I also don't want him making videos if he as no drive to make them anymore. I just find it a shame that his career as a rapper has taken over his career as a comedian. Hes an ok rapper but and amazing comedian.
his new music isn't astounding or anything but it's solid stuff to chill out to, it's got good atmosphere to it
This is a slap in the face. We loved filthy frank from the beginning and THIS IS HOW HE REPAYS US? UGH. [editline]29th December 2017[/editline] But really, I actually hated 90% of his franku comedy routines, but I always respected him for the ridiculous stunts he pulled. Nice to see him spreading his wings further.
I hope we still get to see him in maxmoefoe, howtobasic, idubbbz videos tho. I mean doesn't have to be all this weird disgusting shit they do. They always just look to have a good time and all just funny together overall. Doesn't matter what they do :v:
Good, my only interaction with filthy frank fans has been of them trying to crash cosplay meets with shit memes about ravioli. With the show ending, hopefully they'll stop.
What's in the pocketoli
Whelp, it was fun while it lasted. Thanks for all the filth, Frank. I remember this was the first video I saw from his channel years ago.
Do you guys think that the mainstream will "dig back" into Filthy Frank in like 4-5 years and be like "look at all this racist and offensive shit he said!!! fuck joji!!!"
I'm gonna miss stuff like this and his simple rant videos but his music is a'ight and I like it enough.
he's making there's VERY little that sets him apart from other artists
Yeah, this has just about been my experience with his works. You can tell that he puts effort and passion into what he makes, and he wants to be recognized for making what he wants to make; but there simply isn't much about it that can make me say, "oh, this is/sounds like a Joji track" if I don't know it by heart. It's pleasant music, but I don't think simply being pleasant is the same as being memorable. Simply settling for the baseline of what's nice to listen to places you right in the middle of 'average' music, alongside handfuls of other artists who make the same kind of material on SoundCloud and Bandcamp. I'd really like to see Joji push himself further and make something truly unique. Honestly, I think he has the potential to achieve that. But after listening to his most recent EP, which doesn't sound much different from his previous release, it seems like he isn't ready to go there yet.
not really into the genre of music he produces. but its his life and he can do what he wants to do. i wont be following him anymore
im honestly glad for this i wasnt super into his filthy frank stuff but his music is pretty solid

It's a shame that Filthy Frank has ended the show. I might not check out his music videos and such but I wish him the best of luck with his career.
