He is using a maschine mikro, I have one so I probably can provide the most evidence for the truth in this video, and judging by his movements, and just the general way this thing works, it is partially fake. The only part that I can tell is live, or at least the most convincing, is the beginning snare fill. The rest of the video is either fake or he needs some sort of penis surgery after this. The pads on the maschine are very velocity sensitive, and rather hard, and his thrusting motion is not uniform on parts that really should be, ie for certain sounds he is hitting radically different portions.
There is probably some truth to this, but not as much as the video wants you to believe.
