A friend made this for our VHS web series. Two of us really like it and the other two dislike it. We're stuck in a stalemate and are looking for outside opinions.
If that's all footage you took, you did a good job of re-creating the horrors of VHS.
As a Philadelphia resident I approve wholeheartedly.
makes me depressed. I don't want to go here.
Whats this with saying Benjamin Franklin and having a picture of George Washington? :downs:
This made me giggle.

Reminded me of those Cleveland tourism videos for some reason. [editline]8th May 2012[/editline]
We have pretzels though....
And Geno's, gotta love Geno's man.
Founded in 1701 by Phil Collins.
That was great.
Could barely tell it was not produced circa 1989. Excellent job, my friend.
im scared
Good old philly.
Only thing I would change is the picture of Will Smith to Samuel L Jackson.
This is a great video.
one of those videos that play in a horror game
Only thing I would change is the picture of Will Smith to Samuel L Jackson.
That's a GREAT idea. It's cool to see so many of you like it. We really were having some internal conflict over it. Anyway, if you like this, check out the other videos on the channel, they are all VHS inspired clips similar this one! Edit: Can't spell
I do like it
That was really awesome and well-made!
Needs a good 5 second bit showing an overview of north philly, with faint, hysterical laughter in the background.
We have pretzels though....
No, those are logs of twisted shit made of dough.

You just like those hard, crusty folded prayer arm things that just make you thirsty and get crumbs everywhere. My apologies.
this is amazing. reminds me of Tim and Eric, but more subtle
Needs more
As much as I dislike Philadelphia that was amazing.
Nope, those are real pretzels. You just like those hard, crusty folded prayer arm things that just make you thirsty and get crumbs everywhere. My apologies.
And you enjoy twisted chunks of skin on a soggy, poorly baked roll of twisted dough. The mustard used on it isn't even really mustard, it's like melted yellow plastic. You should also keep those Jersey assholes out of your city, they cause too many accidents.
Oi, no one uses "yellow" mustard in philadelphia, we all use dijon, keep that fake shit out of here. And if you think this: is poorly baked and soggy, i feel bad for you. You've never experienced a true Philly Soft Pretzel. It's a good thing i agree with the jersey thing or else we'd have fight going on, but it's impossible to keep them out of here, or new york. You have 3 types of people from New Jersey: Philadelphia wannabes, New York Wannabes, and the Jersey shore people.
This in my opinion is much more effective advertising.
You have 3 types of people from New Jersey: Philadelphia wannabes, New York Wannabes, and the Jersey shore people.
Typical filthidelphia resident.
Someone's from upper jersey!
Someone's from upper jersey!
Nah I'm from south Jersey. [editline]8th May 2012[/editline] Burlington county actually.
