2033 was a great game, chances are i'll be buying this when it's out

I loved Metro 2033, I'll probably get this
Most likely will be buying this when it releases since Metro 2033 was a amazing game.
That made me happy. :D
Metro kicks ass, the book kicked ass, the game kicked ass.
Loved Metro 2033, hope the next one won’t follow the latest trend and introduce multiplayer.
Um, a Russian interview about the game said that there will be multiplayer and coop. I don't think that can really hurt the game or "follow the trend."

There's other good bits in there, too, like how THQ might let them release an SDK, it's coming to the PS3, and the world might stream seamlessly, rather than having loading times. I hope they officially announce it at E3 this year, or sooner.
Awesoooooome.
Don't get too hyped up, they haven't even announced anything yet.
Game was fun, but still crap compared to the book.
But I guess its kinda obvious.

It's not like Metro 2033 had long loading times. Even at highest the loading was like 3-5 seconds.
It still provides for a more immersive experience, without loading times and all.
Could the story be based off one of the books or something? Or is it a brand new thing?
Sweet, I loved the original

I think it's more immersive with loading times. There's a bit of storytelling during loading.
God damn yes, it was one of my favorite FPS

:geno:
I could tell that Metro was made by some of the guys who made STALKER because there were many instances in which I almost soiled my undergarments.
Hopefully the sequel will follow the same trend, and also not have any of that damnable AI that locks onto you like a homing missile the moment you so much as tap a bottle, even if you're like a mile away and completely out of sight.

Co-op, you say? That could be fantastic if executed well in Metro's style. I just hope it keeps the spirit of Metro 2033 (ie supplies being scarce) instead of not being some run and gun shooter. Hell, it'd be great if they could make a scary immersive co-op.
Multiplayer could also be great, I'd love an immersive scary multiplayer game like AvP where the mutants are going against humans.
This one's about Fukushima?
What could Fukushima possibly have to do with Metro 2033 ?
I enjoyed Metro 2033, but there were definitely problems. Luckily video game sequels are often better than the first one unlike movies.
and the world might stream seamlessly, rather than having long loading times.
Metro 2033 had some of the shortest loading times I've ever seen, what
Still have to play 2033. I'll get it next sale. I always miss it when it goes down to like $10.
How's that possible? the sequel book is Metro 2034.

They're branching off I guess
They're branching off I guess
Sounds like a short DLC imo.
Hopefully they'll have a Ranger Hardcore mode in the game at release, absolutely loved that mode.
Only reason i'm excited about this is because of the possibility of Criken's Quest for the Last Light.

Holy shit! There's a book? Yes! So reading that! Still need to buy it and play it, and still need a computer that'll actually run it.
